Francis Padua Papica is a 1985 graduate of St. Paul Academy in Goa, Camarines Sur, Philippines where he was the Student Body President, the Corps Commander, and the High School Valedictorian.  Mr. Papica received various citations and awards for his outstanding achievements as a leader and performer in numerous activities both curricular and extra-curricular on the local, provincial, regional and national levels.  Mr. Papica graduated cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).  In 1992, he graduated cum laude from law school and now works as a junior partner with the law offices of Nordstrom, Steele, Nicolette and Blythe in Los Angeles, California.  Atty. Papica is the oldest of the three children of Dr. Juan Pinto-Papica (deceased) and Maria Padua-Papica.  He is the first recipient of the Gaward Geny Lopez (ABS-CBN) Bayaning Pilipino sa Amerika in 2004.   In 2005, Atty. Papica received the Hot Shots Award in the field of Education from the Province of Camarines Sur for his decade long work in providing avenues for excellent education and opportunities to young and deserving students through various programs and activities.
